NOTE FOR EVERYONE: The venue physical capacity limit has been reached so entry to the conference venue will only be allowed to those with valid registration. Non-registered drop-in visits are not permissible. Conference registrants, please bring your registration ticket and a photo ID.

Please Note: Banquet dinner tickets are not included with any conference registration fee and must be purchased separately if you wish to attend

Optional Extras

  • Banquet Dinner (Friday 25th September, 2026): Bring your dancing shoes! Banquet Dinner tickets can be purchased for both conference attendees and other guests not attending the conference. 
  • Transport: Between Avezzano and Pescasseroli before and after the conference. Please indicate when registering if you are interested in receiving this service so we can determine passenger numbers and costs. Further details will be provided in future. 
  • Field Trips: Explore the Central Apennines region. Further information and registration forms will be provided closer to the conference.
