Travel grants are available for a combination of lodging, registration fees and/or lunches during the conference. Participants can complete the form below to submit an application for consideration. Please note that funding is limited and priority will be given to presenting attendees who have not previously received a travel grant.

Cash awards are no longer be issued. Instead, IBA will pay costs directly for some combination of lodging, registration fees and/or lunches during the conference. Costs for travel to/from the conference will be covered by the recipient satisfying the matching funds requirement of receiving a travel grant.

Unfortunately our conference Terms and Conditions prevent awarding Travel Grants to residents and nationals of some countries.

If you are not currently a member at the time of submission, you will need to purchase an IBA membership for your application to be considered.
